Teste de gravidez caseiro: funciona mesmo? Tenha a confirmação
Enjoo, dor nos seios e menstruação atrasada são alguns dos sintomas de que a mulher pode estar grávida.
Logo que começam os sintomas, a ansiedade toma conta, e as mulheres querem saber o mais rápido possível se estão gravidas ou não.
Alguns testes caseiros populares são desaconselháveis, pois não existem estudos científicos que comprovem sua eficácia. São tão inapropriados que podem dar “positivos” até em urina masculina. Alguns exemplos temos: teste da urina fervida, teste do vinagre, teste da agulha, teste do cotonete e teste da água sanitária.
A maneira mais rápida de saber se a mulher está gravida é fazendo o teste de gravidez de farmácia. Esse teste mede a presença do hormônio HCG na urina e tem eficácia entre 95 a 99 % dos resultados.
Os testes de farmácia são confiáveis, mas se forem realizados de maneira errada ou muito cedo, podem não identificar a gravidez. O ideal é fazer o teste com mais de 3 dias de atraso menstrual para que apresente eficácia.
Existem dois tipos de testes de farmácia:
- teste 1: Nesse teste, a paciente urina diretamente sobre a fita e o resultado sai em poucos minutos.
- teste 2: Nesse outro tipo de teste, a paciente deve coletar a urina no recipiente que vem na caixa e mergulhar a fita pelo tempo determinado nas instruções.
Independentemente do resultado, em casos de atraso menstrual ou outros sintomas relacionados à gravidez, procure seu ginecologista para avaliar e pedir exames para confirmar a gestação ou investigar o porquê dos sintomas.
